Living a Fasting Lifestyle
Now 50lbs down as of January 2025, I will continue with the same diet, exercise routine, and water cleanse every first week of January and June. I now fall within the ideal weight range for a 5'7'', 37-year-old female. I actually weigh less than I did when I graduated high school, but muscular. This year, my main goal is to drink the proper amount of water each day.
In conclusion, this was the best decision I have made for myself since both losing Todd and Jim, as well as enduring a global pandemic. I feel more alert, disciplined/structured, less inflamed/achy, and less depressed. For anyone not seeing the results they want in their body, or who needs a change of mindset in order to "get out of their own way," I highly recommend fasting throughout the year. If not for jump starting weight loss, to clean out your old cells and rejuvenate your body from the inside out.
